Biography:
Romeo Tirone was born in Brooklyn, NY. He was educated at St. John's University in NYC.

He began his career by working as a lens technician in the rental department at General Camera. For 2 years he worked there before he seized the chance to work as a 2nd A.C. on Run DMC and Aerosmith's music video, "Walk This Way."

Romeo saw his door of opportunity in Los Angeles to become a director of photography. He shot videos for L.A. Guns, Warrant, Cheap Trick, Bad English, Faith No More, Heart, Cinderella, Red hot Chilli Peppers, Ozzy Osborne and many other Rock Bands. As popular music changed from Rock to Rap, his work shifted to bands such as, Nice and Smooth, Tu Pac, Public Enenmy, Ice Cube and Ice Tea.

Romeo began building a commercial reel when he moved back to New York in 1991 and continued to shoot music videos. His commercial reputation steadily grew, working with nationally recognized companies such as Giraldi, Hungryman, Red Tree and Radical Media.

His work today is balanced between commercials, music videos, and films. His most recent film, "L.I.E.," was premiered at Sundance in the Dramatic Competition.

Romeo lives in New York with his wife and two sons.
