Biography:
Dana Simmons has had an extensive and continuing career in the arts. Possessing a BFA in Painting and graphics, accompanied with an MFA in Painting and sculptor from Pratt Institute, Brooklyn, New York. Mr. Simmons acquired his technical skills in photography via photography studies and extensive hours and years of self-indulgence and practice. The artist is well established with fine arts and commercial work exhibited and published both nationally and inter-nationally. The artist has successfully merged his aesthetics and fine arts background into the commercial endeavor with great success in studio, location and editorial. Mr. Simmons is again generating his love for the fine arts and broaching his work encompassing an editorial and journalistic aspect.

The Rhode Island School Of Design Museum recently has made a significant acquisition of Dana Simmons's years of work; both commercial and fine arts, for the Museum's archives.
